Cumulatively our consultants have decades of experience in delivering information technology, Internet infrastructure and telecommunication facilities. Utilizing its range of technical depth and breath of industry experience Hooked has specifically organized its resources to support telecommunications, network, application and professional service provider clients. Our scope of services are usually applied in extending, moving or otherwise acquiring and deploying their mission critical infrastructure. The skill sets we invoke, can be applied to other specific IT infrastructure requirements. Our clients find that they can leverage our unique focus, know-how, preexisting designs, relationships and precise competence to quickly, cost effectively and with little or no disruption to their on-going business complete their new data center, systems, network and deployment projects. Hooked employs a methods-based approach which begins with understanding our clients business, the needs and expectations of its customers and employees and ends with handing off the project in a organized and documented manner to those employees or customers in such a manner as to meet or exceed expectations. To achieve these results, we apply a proven process. The process is: define the scope, specifications, and develop a plan, a budget and a schedule. Execute the plan, manage, monitor and control the schedule and budget, test each phase, proceed into production cautiously. Work with our clients' various operation teams to manage acceptance, hand-off and provide 'as-built' documentation. Upon request, we can setup infrastructure to manage and control configuration change, provide monitoring, measurement, service problem notifications. We also provide assistance with decommissioning, training and make ourselves available for problem escalation. Clients often engage us “a lot” or “a little”. We are not a large firm, we do not require that our clients “do it our way”, where “our way” means a lot of billable hours, pre-approved vendors and whole groups of expensive consultants. Some clients use us for very specific tasks and nothing more; others have us work on a 'fixed bid' basis for a comprehensive move project. We are open to a variety of engagements. |
